Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

Nathan Aubrey rings are made to be worn. The original purchaser receives a limited lifetime workmanship warranty for genuine defects in materials or manufacturing, with Australian Consumer Law rights preserved. This warranty applies to every ring in our Mens Wedding Rings range.

What is covered

The warranty covers a genuine material or manufacturing defect that was not caused by ordinary wear, impact, misuse or later alteration. Examples can include a structural manufacturing fault in the band or a workmanship failure in a setting, join or finish where inspection confirms the issue is attributable to manufacture.

What is not covered

  • Normal scratches, scuffs, patina, tarnish, finish changes or general wear.
  • Impact, crushing, bending, accidental damage, misuse or loss.
  • Damage caused by chemicals, unsuitable cleaning or failure to follow reasonable care guidance.
  • Work or alterations performed by another jeweller or repairer.
  • Stone damage or loss caused by impact, wear or an altered setting.
  • Routine resizing, refinishing, polishing or maintenance after the included first-year resize.

Making a claim

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, photos and a description of the issue.
  2. We provide instructions for sending the ring to us.
  3. We inspect the ring and confirm whether the issue is covered. A valid claim is repaired or otherwise remedied at no charge. Postage to send the ring to us is at your cost, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise; a tracked, insured service is strongly recommended.

Australian Consumer Law

This voluntary warranty is in addition to rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Fit and care

Fit changes are handled under our resizing policy. For everyday care, remove the ring for heavy impact work, keep it away from harsh chemicals, store it separately and clean it with mild soapy water and a soft cloth.
