Every Nathan Aubrey order ships free within Australia, fully insured for its full value from our Brisbane workshop to your door. You’ll receive tracking the moment your ring is dispatched, and a signature is required on delivery so it never sits unattended.
Free returns, both ways
If you’d like to return or exchange your ring within 30 days, we cover the insured postage back to us as well. Buying online should never cost you more than buying in person — see our Returns & Exchanges policy for details.
Made-to-order timing
Many of our rings are hand-finished to your size after you order. Most pieces ship within 2–3 weeks; custom and AI-designed rings may take a little longer. If you have a wedding date in mind, email customersupport@nathanaubrey.com.au and we’ll make sure it arrives in time.
