Fingers and preferred fit can change. Your first eligible resize within 12 months is free. You cover the postage to send the ring to us; we cover the insured return leg of the resize only, within Australia; all other return postage is at your cost.
One free resize in the first 12 months
Contact us within 12 months of delivery for one eligible resize at no charge. You post the ring to us, we complete the workshop resize and send it back insured.
How to request it
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the new size, or tell us if you need help confirming it.
- Post the ring to us using a tracked, insured service at your cost; we cover the return leg of the first free resize.
- We inspect the ring, confirm the resize is technically suitable and return it after the work is complete.
Design limits
Most plain gold, platinum and sterling-silver bands can be resized. Plain bands in Mens Platinum Wedding Rings and Mens Gold Wedding Rings are the most straightforward. Intricate, stone-set, full-eternity, heavily engraved or mixed-material designs may have limits. We will explain the safe options before doing any work. A free resize does not cover rebuilding damage caused by impact, misuse or unauthorised alterations.
After 12 months
We can usually resize eligible rings after the first year for a quoted workshop fee plus insured shipping. The workmanship warranty remains separate from routine fit changes.
