30-day returns & exchanges
If your ring isn’t right — the fit, the finish, or simply a change of heart — return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We cover the insured return postage, so it costs you nothing to be sure.
How it works
- Email customersupport@nathanaubrey.com.au within 30 days and we’ll send a prepaid, insured return label.
- Pop the ring back in its original box and packaging.
- Once it’s back with us, refunds are processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.
A few fair exceptions
Personalised engraving and fully bespoke custom commissions are made uniquely for you and can’t be resold, so they’re non-refundable — though we’ll always work with you on sizing and fit. Not sure about a size? See our free 12-month resizing.
