Every Nathan Aubrey ring order is delivered free within Australia, tracked and insured for its full value from our Brisbane workshop to your door. We send tracking when it leaves us and require a signature so the parcel is not left unattended.
Shipping outside Australia
We ship worldwide. Australia: free courier on orders of $300 and over. International: insured shipping A$14.99, express A$29.99, and free insured shipping on orders of A$300 and over. Overseas prices exclude GST. If you have a deadline, email [email protected] before ordering.
Made-to-order timing
Standard made-to-order rings dispatch in 2–3 weeks. Fully bespoke and AI-designed work may take longer; we confirm the expected timing before production. Returns, exchanges and resizing
Rings are made to order and are final sale (no change-of-mind returns); faulty items are covered by our warranty and the Australian Consumer Law. Your first eligible resize within 12 months is free; you cover postage to us and we cover the insured return leg of the resize only; all other return postage is at your cost. Transit damage or loss
If tracking shows a problem or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and photos where relevant. We will investigate the insured shipment and arrange the appropriate remedy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy.
