Free resizing for 12 months
Within 12 months of receiving your ring, we’ll resize it to fit perfectly — completely free, including insured postage both ways. Whether your first guess was slightly off or your fit has changed, one message is all it takes.
How to request a resize
- Email customersupport@nathanaubrey.com.au with your order number and new size (or let us know you’re unsure and we’ll send a sizer).
- We’ll post you a prepaid, insured satchel to send the ring back.
- Our Brisbane workshop resizes it and returns it to you, ready to wear.
After 12 months
We’ll still happily resize your ring beyond the first year at a fair workshop rate — your ring is made to last a lifetime, and so is our care for it. A small number of intricate or stone-set designs can’t be resized; we’ll always tell you before you buy.
